Tucker and Addison have an instant, explosive connection. This one-night-stand turned friends-to-lovers story is a heartbreaking, steamy, and incredibly relatable journey. What starts as a bachelorette weekend hookup becomes an unexpected friendship and love for the ages. Addison is an ebullient, impulsive, brilliant personality. Tucker is a fastidious, fiercely loyal, playboy…until he meets the unstoppable firecracker Addi. These two will make you laugh, cry, and will melt your heart to goo. Emma Snow’s wonderful community of found family she has created in the Carter Hills series is stronger than ever. Their stalwart & true friendships are lovely and endearing. Emma shines light on real life struggles bundled in a charming love story. It’s possible I’m still in tears, but in a wonderfully cathartic way. If you love a whirlwind, yet slow-burn romance with amazing community, delicious spice and heaps of heart, Wild & Country should be at the top of your TBR.

Tucker is definitely my new book bf. Not sure where he stands next to Nick (Cruel Destiny) and Carter (False Promises) but right now he is my new favourite one. So spicy+++

This one is good too. I couldn't put it down. It was well written. The characters were well developed. The spice was great

Addi has sworn off men forever. That resolve lasts about a second after she meets Tucker. Even though Tucker has been told that Addi is off limits to him by both Nick and Dahlia. They both don't want anything serious, but end up in a bet that ends up with them being in bed together in the morning. Neither of them has a complete recollection of the night before. Because of the warnings of their friends, they attempt to keep their relationship on the down-low while working toward something more lasting. Given that Addi has been burned before and Tucker did not want to settle down, are they just playing for a while or will it be something more permanent?

The story of the relationship developed between Addi and Tucker would have made this an entertaining read, but there is so much more in the background that these characters have to deal with. It's emotional, angsty, heart-wrenching; but also hopeful and encouraging.

Both Addi and Tucker stole my heart right from the get-go. Their story is filled with ups and downs all of us have to make in order to be happy. When they meet, the spark ignites a blazing fire, and they embark on a journey that will leave your heart broken, sad and feeling like nothing is going to be OK.

But their love is not like any other and despite all the mishaps and trials, it's too strong to let anything stand in their way. They fight together to come out stronger on the other end. I didn't believe that anyone can top Nick and the way he loved Dalia but boy how Tucker proved me wrong. That man deserves everything that Is good in life. Hopefully Addi will be that good for him.
