I don't know why but these days I'm thinking about Tucker and Addison a lot.Check the new Wild Encounter cover below. That story, I think it owns a piece of my heart. And I think it's a good reminder that when everything doesn't go as planned, there is still hope it ill all work out just fine. I should be thinking about Carter and April, though, since ForeverMorereleases in just a few days!!!
Can you believe it's already almost June 20, because I can't.
We've been RVing across Canada in the last few weeks, and we're in Ontario right now. We're moving a lot, but can't seem to stay away from the water. See those amazing pictures my kids took below.
Life on the road is way less stressful, but sometimes we miss the comfort of a home. We're meeting incredible people everywhere we go and taking the time to enjoy new places, so it's something priceless I hope the kids will remember for a long time. I see them enjoying the outdoors instead of screens and electronics, discovering the world instead of TV or video games. One of my goals when we started this journey was for them to enjoy being kids again and be free and happy.
In upcoming projects news, last week, my Word license got screwed and I lost a big chunk of one of my books that was ready to send to editing after the last 3 weeks of work vanished after an update. Microsoft couldn't do anything about it so... Even my backup auto-saved version was unusable. Maybe I need to believe in Tucker and Addi's magic after all. Anyway, after a big cry, I decided that the new version would be even better. I just need to find the courage to tackle it all over again. I liked that previous version so much it's hard to convince myself it's gone. But hey, what can I do, right?
In new releases news, I'm excited to give you the second half of the HeartSongduet on just a few days! It's always crazy and surreal to put a new book out there. ForeverMore excerpt:
People clapped my back as I exited the stage. Someone gave me a thumbs-up. Another bumped my fist.
“Nice show, Carter.”
“You rocked tonight.”
“You were on fire.”
“Freaking incredible.”
They all spoke to me, but I heard nothing. My eyes remained glued to the pink-haired girl waiting for me, her arms hugging herself in the sexy-as-fuck black dress, backstage. My throat worked. With tunnel vision, I swaggered in her direction, reminding myself of the black tulle and lace set she wore underneath her dress. My jaw tightened at the idea of ripping the fabric to shreds with my teeth. My imagination skyrocketed, and I adjusted the crotch of my pants to conceal my erection. I handed my guitar to a technician and lifted my girl into my arms, twirling her around.
Our mouths fused.
My hands found her waist, resting in the dip of her hipbones.
Her fingers combed the hair on the back of my head, eliciting shivers in their wake.
Nothing came close to having April by my side after a show. She’d traveled across the country to join me. I had no idea if it was all her doing or if my team was behind it, but right now, I didn’t care. Having her here made me fucking happy.
I rubbed my hard-on against her, letting her know how horny her presence made me.
“Carter, my ass. I’m flashing everyone,” she whispered in my ear, laughing.
In the heat of the moment, I had forgotten I’d confiscated her panties before going onstage. I lowered my hand, pressing the lace fabric of her dress against her bare skin.
“You’re the best. I’m so proud of you.” She rammed her tongue into my mouth, oblivious to everyone watching us.
“You’re my muse, Fairy. Nothing can go wrong when you’re beside me.” I lowered her to her feet and led the way to the green room, flanked by Ed and Taylor on each side. “We’ve been invited to a VIP party downtown. I’ll shower and change, then we’ll get going.”

Do you prefer books with a little, a lot, of no spice at all? Or do you prefer books with whatever amount of spice as long as the story is engaging?
I think I'm more of the latter category. Sure, I love the spice, but I don't want it to be at the expense of the storyline, the character development, and/or the plot.
We've all read one of these books where there is so much spice it gets overwhelming and you have to skip the many scenes to get to the heart of the story, right?
Since Valentine's Day is in just a few weeks, I've decided to do a little game with you!
I've written below theTOP 5 spicy scenes 🌶️from my books according to comments I've received from readers over the years. Let me know which one isTHE ONE. You know, the scene that gave you tingles when you read it.
I fell in love with the Pierce family while I was writing the Wrecked series. Mason and Melinda kept popping in my mind, and every time Melinda confided in Ava about her own teen years, their story took form in my mind and I couldn't let it go.
Mason is the king of the football team at Elk River High, Michigan. Melinda is the star of the swim team, but they can't co-exist together even though they've known each other for years. What began as a childhood friendship, quickly turned into a frenemies kinda situation.
Now Seniors in Elk River High, they can't seem to escape the other's presence whatever they do, wherever they go. Sure, they share the same group of friends, and Melinda's best friend is dating Mason's brother, but denying the chemistry between them is not an easy feat. One night, as Mason comes to Melinda's rescue, they soon realize that maybe they don't hate each other as much as they thought...
Attraction will bring them together, but life-threatening secrets could push them apart...
